I usually replace a meal with this smoothy to get my daily fruits and then some. I love this smoothy. It can be a great snack, a breakfast smoothy, or a dessert.

Lose the Booty Fruity Smoothy w/ Kiwis

Smoothy - not really great nutritional values, but it's fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and one or two other things here and there. I use it to get my fruit and to lower my cholesterol.

My Fruity Lose the Booty Smoothies
I use a Blend Tec Blender to grind down grains like oatmeal, almonds, and/or flax seeds, and add them to my fruit smoothies. I never add sugars, as they are already high in sugar from the fruit and yogurt.
