A light but Colorful Salad
A light granola with no added fat. We keep it on hand to add to yogurt.
We keep this on hand and use one to two tablespoons on our Greek yogurt. You can substitute any nut or dried fruit you favor.
A nice moist muffin with an optional coconut streusel topping.
Lighter version using light mayo and sour cream.
This makes two large loaves and they keep well tightly wrapped and also freeze very well.

This is made with precooked frozen brown rice, so it cooks up fast. Nice when you are pressed for time.
This is a tasty way to cut calories in a potato side dish. Also very good with Cauliflower in place of the rutabaga.
A good dinner casserole and it reheats and freezes well. I've never tried it with ground turkey but think it would covert well.
