This is an adaptation of Bob Barker's Vegan Enchilada Casserole. I use normal, low-fat cheese, and omit the fritos on top and vegan sour cream. Original recipe is here:

WW inspired Butternut Squash Soup

This is a recipe from WW that I modified for my slow cooker. Because I modified it, it is very "unscientific" in its approach... It may work better as a faster cooking soup which is how the recipe intended. Here is the original recipe:
