This is made in a Vitamix blender on the Frozen Dessert setting. It turns out like soft serve ice cream in about a minute. Freeze leftovers if not used immediately in a freezer safe container. Thaw for an hour in the sink if too hard to scoop or microwave for 30 second intervals until soft to your liking.

This is kinda thick to start but you can add as much water as necessary depending on how you are using it. For instance with enough water it would be closer to a salad dressing or you can omit any water and use it like a thicker slaw dressing.
