This smoothie is perfect after a morning workout especially after some good strength training because it's loaded with protein, excellent for muscle recovery. This is also a perfect breakfast loaded with nutrients to start your day!!
Perfect start to your day before a nice hard workout or after a morning run. Very low fat and almost an equal amount of carbs to protein.
One of my all time favorite breakfast treats growing up!! Now I made it fit to my healthy life style!! The coconut oil gives it a great flavor. And don't be put off by the high fat content, it's the GOOD fat (from the unrefined coconut oil) that our bodies need to function properly, so EAT UP!!
Kelp noodles are my new favorite food. With only 6 calories per serving!! I have been trying new recipes with this wonderful noodle. This stir fry is one of my favorites with the kelp noodles!! Hope you give it a try and tell me what you think ☺
Oh a great bonus with this dish is that you save a little time because you don't even have to cook the noodles before hand. All you do is rinse them off and throw them in the pan!!

Try this healthier version of chocolate chip cookies. Subsituting most the sugar with pure Sweet Leaf liquid stevia. These also pack a power punch with fiber and protein by adding chick peas, whole wheat pastry flour and oats!! Also have a wonderful source of vitamin B6!!
