This is my own recipe!! I came up with it after eating a wrap at Roly Poly and thinking - hey, I can make this at home,but way healthier. So I did. This is my new favorite lunch.

This is one of my favorite meals. Ever. Found this on skinnytaste.com. The recipe is supposed to feed 4, but my husband and I always eat it all between ourselves.

- this is a Recipe I found on Bodybuilding.com by fitness model Jamie Eason. I adpated the recipe by using Greek Yogurt because I didn't have cottage cheese on hand. Recipe makes 16 bars if using an 8 x8 pan, but I have an irregular shaped pan so mide made 14.
This is my first attempt at this recipe with what I had on hand
