Roasted brussels and potatoes

Wash, chop and mix the brussels and potatoes and onions in large roasting pan. Mix oil, lemon juice, and tomato paste, and spices in separate bowl, then pour dressing and mix thoroughly into vegetables. Cover with pan's lid or foil and roast about 45 minutes until tender and browned to your liking.
