Tweaked the recipe off the back of A&H Baking Soda box, also added ground flax seed for a small boosst of fiber and protein. Also, my in-laws are Type 2 diabetic, so I used truvia instead of sugar
Traded salmon for basa and increased the garlic a bit
A spaghetti sauce reminiscent of Cincinnati chili, which is traditionally served over pasta. Tried to healthify it some, managed to cut out 200 calories from the original recipe!
