Chocolate Dipped Orange Biscotti (@ 5WW pts.)

Orange flavored biscotti, delicious with coffee! This recipe makes a double batch (one never seems to be enough for my husbands care packages!), which makes about 30 cookies. WW points is based on using semisweet baking chocolate to coat. I usually use Candiquik milk chocolate, but less than teaspoon per svg. (Just enough to color the cookie!)

WW Friendly (4pts) Guava Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken breasts marinated overnight in Guava Teriyaki glaze.

WW Friendly (7pts ea) Stuffed Peppers

I usually make the entire mix at once, and 5 or 6 peppers for the night. This way, I can fridge the leftover mix, and just boil up the next batch of peppers when ready. Usually hubby wants the rest for lunch/dinner the next day! ;)

WW Friendly version! 12 servings, 4pts per svg
This is a GREAT "moments-notice-throw-together" as a salad or side dish!
