Fresh veggies with a zingy flavor to fancy up your dinner veggies. Add your 4-8 oz of dinner protein to the veggies to make a complete meal (steak, chicken, shrimp, pork, etc.)
Mix of fresh veggies permitted on Ideal Protocol (IP) diet. Dressing is 1 tsp of olive oil, and either lemon juice from 1/2 lemon or apple cider vinegar with 1/4 tsp IP salt, fresh ground black pepper and your herb choices of the day.
