I admit that these don't taste exactly like bacon. I made them and at first didn't love them. However, i do like them on sandwiches. It does give it that bacon salt flavor.

You could use any protein powder to make this. Serve with a little sugar free syrup or applesauce.
Taste just like ranch dressing with a fraction of the calories. Oh yeah, has some great for you protein in it.
Yummy and good for you. A great snack or side dish. The nuts are not in the nutritional info since it is optional.
My easy way to make higher protein pancakes. You can make these without the optional items, but you can taste the protein powder a bit more.
These are great. Even my kids love them. Serve on a whole-wheat bun and you have a tasty , healthy meal.

I tried to lower the calories in this a little bit. Unfortunatly they are still quite high. However, I made this for the family and ate some.
Couldn't find Carmel Pudding mix, so it is not in values. I will edit when I get to the store and buy some.

These are great for once a month cooking. My kids love french toast sticks, but the store bought kind are pricey and full of perservitives. Although, these are not exaclty healthy or low calorie they are cheaper and at least I know what is in them.
This is a great recipe from Taste of Home Healthy Cooking. Calorie count includes 4ounce chop with half cup cooked brown rice and 2 tablespoons of sauce. Add a nice side salad for a tasty and healthy meal.
Tis the time for apple pie. How about this version that doesn't have quite as much sugar, but all the taste.
note: I have never tried sugar free pudding, so am unsure if it would work. Cut pie into 8 servings. Nutritional information does not include pecans as I can't use them because of kiddos. Enjoy.

Spinach, blueberries, whole wheat, and chocolate....and they are good...who knew? by sneaky chef. It looks complicated but really isn't. It is less time consuming if you make the puree in advance. I gave the full recipes for the mixtures which are intended to be used in several recipes. If you only want to make it for this one recipe you will want to adjust accordingly.

These are great on the go bars when you are watching what you eat. They are much less expensive than the store bought bars and you know exactly what you are eating.

Found this on another site that I frequent. It sounds strange, but is quite good. It is also low fat, low calorie, and very filling.
This is so good. Use fat free sour cream and cream cheese to reduce calories. I have tried splenda and it turns out just fine.
