This recipe is from the Post Punk Kitchen website, though that is a vegan site and I used chicken broth (sorry Isa).
This cake is much better the next day. After it cools place in an airtight container or wrap carefully, then let it sit for a day at room temperature. It becomes moister and the orange flavour really develops.
Option: dust with icing sugar and serve with Greek yogurt sweetened with honey or Splenda (not included in nutritional profile).
Makes 24 bars
This is my version of Skinny B or Holy Crap cereal (I added steet cut oats as well).
