fry sausage and drain - a 1 pound roll yealds 12 oz. cooked - chop pepperoni into pieces - mix with pizza sauce - add cheese when mixture is cool. Put approxamently 2 heaping tablespoons of filling into an egg roll wrapper. Roll it up like an egg roll using water to seal. I wrap them in plactic wrap individually and freeze together in a large bag.
slice beef and pork into thin slices and stir fry with 1 T. olive oil until done. Set aside. Saute vegetables in 1 T. olive oil, add snow peas last. Make stirfry accouding to directions. Add stir fry mixture abnmead to vegetables . The sauce will thicken in a few minutes.
