Baked Noodles and Cottage Cheese Casserole

1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 c. hot noodles, drained (about 6 ounce uncooked)
1/2 tsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. salt, if desired
1/2 to 2/3 c. buttered bread crumbs (melt 2 tbsp. butter, put in crumbs & stir)

Healthy, Quick, Vegan, Yummy and Sweet!

Coconut Macaroons

Whip the eggs and vanila together until it's glossy.
Add the sugar in and stir again.
Fold the coconut into the mixture.

Drop by small balls onto cookie sheet
