This yummy soup is comforting and delicious!! We doubled it to have lunch the next day.
This is a double batch. I make these and freeze them to use throughout the week.
We don't know how to make this small, so it lasts us a long time. We put it on top of coconut rice, and it's amazing. We like this recipe so much, that we can't order it at the restaurants anymore. You can add chicken or tofu (cut into slices and brown first, with chicken and tofu) if you want protein in the dish, but they're not necessary. The best place to find alot of these ingredients is at an Asian Grocery Market.
This is a yummy, and quick dessert, that takes very little time to make, and is pretty quick to set. Enjoy as a flan or a custard. Try with other flavors too.
