Adapted from General Mills Apple Crumble w/ Toasted Oat Topping, I shaved nearly 60 calories per serving and improved nutritional value by swapping out oil and butter for coconut butter and applesauce. You could even have this dessert for breakfast and not feel guilty!

Chocolate Covered Cherry Bread Pudding

This recipe was adapted (and skinnyfied) from the Living Well recipe. Since the temperature here is well over 100*, I baked this in a toaster oven and it took about 45 minutes.
