Quick and easy onion paratha

Quino with Vegetables

Heat the oil in pan
saute onion, garlic, green chilies, potato and mix vegetables.
add Quino, salt, Red chili to taste.
Should cook in 15 min, it will taste like fried rice.
I eat it with fat free plain yogurt. ENJOY

cilantro Chutney
1 Bunch of Cilantro 1 Jalopeno Small Ginger root 2 tsp peanuts 2 tsp brown suger 2 tsp Lemon Juice salt to taste wash Cilantro, Ginger, paper..put all ingrediens in grinder and make it in thick paste. add 2 tsp water if needed. make it into smooth paste.
