Pumpkin protein waffles

Looking for a quick portable breakfast with protein I make these and freeze them to toast as needed. Eat plain or with maple syrup, yogurt andy topping you like. They are cake like and moist. (2/3 cup Puree)

Steel oats and Quinoa plain

Basic, you can add fruit, sweetener, milk product whatever you want to make it yummy. Love that I can make this in bulk portion it out and have a fast different breakfast any day. Adapted from ThugKitchen.com
