This can be 1 serving, but I give my 2 year old a slice. NOTE: Add in or take out as you please with the ingredients. I only had regular Mexican cheese and Regular flour tortillas--there is 2 ways to cut more calories.ALSO, I had leftover cooked ground chuck that I just heated up with onions in saute pan.
Serve with something healthy and green! Feel free to add in your own touch. My hubby doesn't like onions or peppers--why I use powders! Remember small portions. This is a good Sunday meal to have every couple of weeks.
