Healthier Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

This is a delicious but somewhat healthier version of my homemade mac and chez recipe. I use fat free half-n-half and whole wheat noodles and flour. You could sub low-fat or fat free cheese as well, but I'm not sure if it would melt as easily or taste as good. You could also use fat free milk but again, it may not taste as good.

These are a soft cookie (due to the instant pudding mix) made with healthier ingredients but still absolutely delishiously DELECTABLE!
