This is a modified version of my mom's fabulous but unhealthy coffee cake. It still has quite a few calories but is a great reward on your splurge day without going completely overboard :)
This rice dish makes a flavorful side to any meal! You can make it as pungent or mild as you wish with the garlic and basil. It tastes wonderful served hot or cold!
