I make this and bring for lunch as my side instead of baked chips. I'll slice the cucumber and split into two tupperwares, then I'll mix the rest of the ingredients and put them in a separate tupperware. In the morning I'll pour half of the vinegar mixture over one of the cucumber halves and they are ready to go by lunchtime!
***This is only 2 servings*** For nutritional info only I made it 8 bc it seemed to be closer to what it should be. You are only eating about a tablespoon or two of the vinegar mixture and the caloric load is in the vinegar mixture.
