Took DEDRACD's recipe and changed it up a little for what I had in the pantry.

Strawberry Banana Protein Popsicles

Took what I normally blend up for a breakfast shake and turned it into popsicles. This isn't too sweet, and it probably wouldn't 'pass' for dessert, but if you need a quick, healthy snack on the go, it would do (especially in the summer!)

Egg, Sausage, Broccoli Casserole

This is a recipe I adapted from an "egg muffin" recipe that was supposed to help you get more protein into your breakfast. The idea is that you make it ahead, so you can grab it, microwave it, and go. I ended up turning it into a casserole and just cutting the individual servings.

Taco Chili or Taco Soup

This is a great alternative to tacos. You don't have the cheese or the taco shells, and you can choose to add the sour cream as a topping on each individual bowl, if needed. I use low-fat sour cream, and I like to use half ground turkey and half ground beef.
