This veggie chilli is quick and tasty, so long as you have a food processor. I suggest upping the about of spices, but that is up to you.
I'm not vegan, but I am lactose intolerant. One day I woke up with a bad craving for a mint chip smoothie. After the craving didn't go away, I found this recipe. Just wonderful! (Big tip, don't substitute milk chocolate for dark chocolate. It's not nearly as good.)
