I use a pasta that is made from brown rice, quinoa, amaranth and millet, for a hearty flavor and texture.
I like to use fresh organic produce when ever I can. this is a nice blend of organic fresh veggies and chicken you can bake it with prepared biscuit mix spooned on top or with prepared mashed potatoes like I did.
this is one of my favorite sides to make.
I use Pamela's mix to make these and they are wonderful and just like you would expect from a restaurant, light fluffy and crisp on the outside
