Vegetarian yummy dish!! Bring the heat - add jalepenos!
These are healthy powerhouse breakfast cookies!! :-) You can substitute raisins for other nuts or omit altogether. This is NOT my recipe, but I got it from another health conscious person and had to share!!
A crunch, yummy chicken dish for the days I crave Chick-Fil-A or other breaded/fried chicken! In fact, my family likes it so much I get requests for this instead of regular fried chicken..yay!

(fairly)easy, quick and nutritious! NOTE: the sodium count is REALLY high but that's because it is counting store-bought chicken broth. I make my own so it is way lower in actuality. You can substitute for low-sodium broth :-)
