Do not slice bell peppers. Can use orange, red, yellow or green pepper. Cut tops off of peppers and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from water and place in baking dish. Cook ground buffalo, add onion, garlic and diced pepper (from tops) and stuff mix inside bell pepper. Add 2 c water to baking dished and cover with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Serve with rice on the side.
