Frozen cooked shrimp with whatever vegetables are laying around

Also good with canned tuna, chopped hard boiled egg, or no protein at all!

Egg sandwich with avocado and hot sauce (no sausage, deli flat)

This is my and my husband's favorite breakfast. It's so fast... great for weekdays. The avocado is a delicious, healthy alternative to cheese and the hot sauce tops it off with just the right amount of spice!
