My mom used to make what she called Hamburger Pie using tomato soup and green beans. I wanted lower carbs so I use tomatoe paste. You can add a bit of water if you want to make it "juicier."
To make this lower in carbs leave out the peas and carrots.

Quick and easy to make. You can also use almond butter or peanut butter.
The origianl recipe calls for 1 cup regular sugar, the Truvia is very sweet so you can also use Monk Fruit or a combination of other low carb sweetners.

The original recipe calls for butter and whipping cream. I replaced the butter with coconut oil and whipping cream with lite canned coconut milk
The Beet give this juice a nice blood read color
My husband cannot eat onions so they are not included in this burger recipe.
My husband can't eat onions so they are missing from this soup. You can also add diced tomatoes or exchange cabbage for the kale.
My husband has trouble digesting onions so this recipe does not include them.
