These pancakes are great tasting and Alli friendly! I made them for breakfast and topped them with fruit.
I adapted this recipe from one I found online. I'm trying to add whole grains to my diet. Also, it was originally made with all sugar. You can't omit all the sugar because the yeast needs it to thrive. Enjoy!
My kids and I really like our cole slaw to be sweet. I suppose that the sugar could be subbed with Splenda, but I didn't have any on hand.
I adapted this recipe to fit my dietary needs by substituting whole wheat for part of the flour called for in the original recipe.
