Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut chicken into cubes and cook until no more pink in a skillet. Combine all other ingredients in a 9X13 pan, stirring together. Add chicken and stir until all pieces are coated. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Add formed crescent rolls on the top and then add shredded cheese on top of that. Place back in the oven and bake for another 12-15 minutes.
This is a lower sodium alternative to the recipe that Weight Watchers members share.
This is my version of Pho. You can really do anything you want with it and make it your own.
