Light and fruity salad with a tangy vinaigrette dressing.
Beautiful French Cuisine serving up boneless chicken breasts cooked in a crock pot with dry white wine and mushrooms. For a added delight serve over a bed of brown rice with a tad of mixed bell peppers and onion. Simply delicious!
Just wanted a new innovative way to get my greens : )
I wanted something sweet and had the hankering for watermelon. So I came up with this wonderful concoction of fruit and green tea.
I couldn't get the canteloupe to say 1/2 cup...but that is the correct amount of fruit to use in the recipe...and same with the Crystal Light it is only a 1/4 cup of tea, 1/4 cup of pineapple with natural juice...

Delicious served with cheese and eaten in a bowl or scoop with Whole wheat tortilla scoops by Lays chips...
I actually start out with my left over pinto beans...
