Great snack for any time of day!

Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

After some experimenting, it was clear the orange juice makes all the difference for this smoothie. However, this can be substituted with 1/4 or 1/2 cup of any sort of fruit juice. I have found that the juice squeezed from 1/2 an orange is the perfect amount, and the other 1/2 can be covered in saran wrap and placed in the fridge until the next day.
