I made these cookies for our church coffee hour to cover all of the special diets.
These are Gluten free, dairy free naturally sweetened chocolate muffins, about 185 calories per muffin. (161 if you leave out chocolate chips) High in protein, good fats and fiber. I believe they are actually soy free as well.
For a bowl of yum, try this recipe. Yes there is a tiny bit of bacon grease but you are using oilless popcorn and it is so worth it - better than butter or olive oil.
