I usually make this with chicken, but it works with pork and steak. Its better if you let the meat marinate in the dressing overnight.

You can make this salsa from store bought ingredients, but you will get a much better flavor if you use farm fresh. This is a favorite around my house. We even use this as a marinade for mexi-night.
A delicious way to serve tacos without all the fat of the meat. You can also use a low sodium taco seasoning to cut down on your intake.

All I did was alter the milk and used light Tuna. Otherwise, this recipe is made exactly as it says to make it on the box
I was going to make a stir fry from Chef Meg, but I screwed up and forgot some of the ingredients. However, I had a 3 blend pepper and onion mix in the freezer, so I experimented.
Cook noodles. While noodles are cooking, brown the turkey. Once the turkey and the noodles are cooked, add to a pot with the 3 cups water, vegies, and seasonings. Heat until food is warm.
Just a basic recipie for Country Fried Chicken. It is not the healthiest, but as long you pair it with healthy sides and keep your other meals low calorie, its not to bad.
A tasty soup that is nutricious, filling, and easy to make.
