GF Sweet Salmon Bites

Amazing sweet and peppery salmon bites, so easy to make and with so few ingredients. Oh, and no fishy taste at all! Use gluten free soy sauce if you are gluten sensitive, or regular soy sauce if you are not.

I adjusted the nutritional calculations to account for about 1/3 of the marinade, since most of it will be left in the bowl and won't be consumed.

GF Parmesan Crusted Sea Scallops

Glutino brand gluten free crackers make a seriously tasty crust. Who needs breadcrumbs?

GF Orange Teriyaki Chicken with Mushrooms

Gluten free and full of flavor! Really quick and easy to make. As a celiac, I can't have most teriyaki sauces anymore, but this really reminds me of something I used to order in a local Chinese restaurant. For non-celiacs, you can make this with regular soy sauce, too.

GF Five-Spice Chicken

Too tasty. Seriously. And way too easy to make. This chicken can be oven broiled or grilled, but the results are always fantastic. (I prefer broiling it...the spices make my kitchen smell soooo good!) I've also used this recipe for extra-firm (gluten free) tofu with great results!

Perfect for a cookout, or use that George Foreman grill! Easy, tasty, low carb and free of all common allergens except shellfish.

GF Halibut on the Barbie

Halibut with a sweet and salty marinade, great for cookouts or family dinners. I make this dish gluten free and casein free, but this recipe will work fine with regular ingredients, too.

GF Blackened Tilapia

Gluten free does NOT mean boring! This is tilapia with a kick! Super easy and quick to make. Tastes great with clarified butter, for those sensitive to dairy.
