This version is a bit lighter than the original Vitamix version which is 180 per cup. THis version uses more water and more sweetener for a total of 118 calories per cup.
This is NOT a low fat or low calorie dish! Its a 'splurge night' dish for sure. But SOOO delicious!!

The all-time staple that I've been eating frequently since college. The classic version of this uses chicken but I have been using soy chicken or other chicken substitutes as of late.
This is one of the most moist cakes you will ever eat, and it is made almost purely with ground almonds (no flour), so it is gluten free as well.
