Seems most in my family eat 2 halves so I consider this 6 servings; however, I prefer to only eat a half of pepper.
I made this up just using some things I had in my fridge leftover. I put it on a corn tortilla or even a pita bread.

These can be prepared and placed in a crock pot for potlucks or appetizers. If you use as an appetizer rather than an entrée, allow for 2 per person at 136 calories each
