Moroccan Lemon Chicken with Prunes served over Quinoa - Slow Cooker Easy!

Sounds like a strange mix but the prunes are sweet, the quinoa is tasty and my husband and kids will eat it all.

of course you can still have pot roast, use a lean cup of beef and don't add extra fat and sodium

Excellent High Fibre Fruit and Bran Muffins

These are delicious muffins with applesauce instead of butter. Loaded in fibre and taste. Makes a huge batch but they freeze very well.
