Chocolate protein powder can be used instead of vanilla to make this a Mocha Latte

Brown beef with salt and pepper add all ingredients to a Dutch oven and mix, bake at 350 degrees for 50 mins

2 cups almond flour, 1 tbsp baking powder

Missy's black forest cake overnight oats

Mix all in mason jar and tefridgerate overnight. Eat warmed or cold

1/2 CUP ALMOND FLOUR, MAY NEED MORE TO BULK UP MIX

Mix all together and leave in fridge overnight. Eat cold or warm in micro for 45 secs

Mix browned ground beef with ketchup, add to pan. Mix milk, eggs and bisquick,stir and add cheese. Pour over hamburger mix and bake at 400 for 30 mins

Mix all ingredients in container, cover and leave in fridge overnight
