This creamy pasta utilizes protein rich and low calorie ricotta to make a pasta that tastes decadent and is completely guilt free!
1 whole garlic head
1 cup water
1 (3.5-ounce) package sun-dried tomatoes, packed without oil
2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (15.8-ounce) can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
I found this on food.com and it was pretty low in calories perserving, so I wanted to share it with you!!!
Stole these from the pioneer woman, but made it a bit healthier with whole wheat flour, margarine, and vanilla soy milk!
These are really good in tacos, burritos, and quesidillas. Throw a little greek yogurt on there for some tang and you are good to go.
This no guilt "fried" fish will fill you up without weighing you down. Perfect with a glass of white wine, this is great for those nights you may have eaten a bit too big of a lunch!
This makes for a wonderful topper for steak, but feel free to get creative with what you put it on
