350 degrees for 45-60 minutes spray Pam into Bundt pan 3 medium bananas - smashed 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup apple sauce 3 cups stone ground wheat flour 1/2 cup Coconut Oil 1tsp salt 11/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup skim milk 3 egg whites 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon
