Delicious salad dressing without vinegar can be used for most salads.
Healthy but delicious Italian meat sauce. I am allergic to basil but can add it also. The cinnamon replaces the sugar. Serve with pasta or use with other dishes.
Dice 1/4 apple and 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts, (aka filberts) per serving. Add Quinoa flakes, water, and cut apple and nuts, 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter and 1 teaspoon simply fruit apricot jelly. Cook as per instructions on box, (microwave 2-2.5 minutes for 1 serving). Add sliced fresh strawberries, (or other fruit), and serve.
Brown meat to your liking in large skillet with garlic and onions. Add all spices to taste. Simmer, while adding can of beans, (with liquid), and can of tomato sauce. Simmer on low heat, covered, for 20 minutes or more. Optional: Serve with minced onions, cheddar cheese, and corn chips. Can substitute beef for lean ground turkey; or substitute pinto beans with red kidney beans or black beans.
Chop the following vegetables finely: 1/2 head of green cabbage, 1/4 head of red cabbage, 4 scallions, 1 serving of chopped green olives, and 1/2 red apple (with skin), diced. Mix together in bowl. Grate 10 baby carrots, add to mixture. Add 1/4 teaspoon of fennel seeds, and 1 teaspoon of thyme, and a dash of cinnamon. Add 4 tbsps. of lemon/olive oil dressing. Can add tomatos and avocado for extra taste.
Combine all ingredients, mix together well. Serve with 1 cup of Baby Spinach or Baby Romaine and chopped tomatos.
