High veggie meat chilli
Made from ingredients given to me in the meal plan. (2000 calorie diet on the low end)
This is a dish I made with the ingredients in my meal plan's dinner. Please note this is the entire meal on a 2000 calorie (on the low end) diet.
I made this rice to go with the ingredients in a meal plan that also included half a cup of black beans, a quarter of a cup of corn, and three tablespoons of sour cream. I'm posting this rice alone because it goes with many other dishes.
I cook this recipe at the beginning of the week and eat it for lunch every day that week. I add different spices to every serving if I get bored.
