1 cup Sesame Rice Crackers ground fine

cup Grated Cheese

teaspoon Garlic granules

teaspoon Onion granules

teaspoon Salt

Optional crushed Red Pepper

Olive Oil (enough to coat bottom of fry pan by 1/8 inch)

100 Cal or less snacks

Snacks with less than 100 calories
