A sweet and savory end of summer stew featuring flavorful ground lamb, butternut squash and sweet potatoes.
Bursting with vitamins and anti-oxidants this fruit smoothie is fantastic. Save some calories using fat free yogurt or substitute stevia for the banana (which I use for the sweetness.) I make my own Greek yogurt, but use whatever you like. Any frozen ferries will work, these are just my favorites.
Wonderful summer salad! Just use shrimp if you can't find Langostino.
