One of the few recipes my mom could cook as a kid. To lower the sodium I omit the salt and use the low fat version of the condensed Cream of Mush soup. You can also use other condensed soup like chicken, celery etc.
This makes for a really smooth blend smoothie. You can increase or decrease ingredients depending on thickness/
