My Special Black Bean Bagel Spread - Enough spread for one whole bagel.

This recipe is made with mayonnaise, black beans, and to sauce it up, I've added 1 tbsp of Red Mills Potato Starch. The sauce is healthy, and it does not include oils or salt. The miniscule amount of fat that this recipe includes is just a tbsp of mayonnaise..

Banana Pancake Biscuits

In this recipe, I leave out the milk and replace it with two small bananas that I liquify in the blender. I don't use sugar, but Splenda. I also omit the salt, which is not necessary. This makes these biscuits nutritional, sugar free, and lactose free.
