Adapted from other 2 ingredient biscuits when this is all I had! This makes biscuits for breakfast or dinner.
I found these sauteed peaches on Epicurious.com and had them alone for dessert and then added them to my yogurt for breakfast.

This is not a super low calorie meal, however, this is a full meal and there is no need to figure out what to put with it for veggies or carbs.
I made this on a whim one night so it is open to alterations!
