Homemade REALLY Light Ranch Dressing (2%)

Same as the "REALLY Light Ranch Dressing (Homemade)" recipe, but with lowfat ingredients instead of non-fat.

Sugar Free Pudding Frosting

This recipe is not quite sugar free, but I think it's because I did not use sugar free cool whip. There may also be some sugar in the milk.

Mexican Chili

Great for fiber! Quite high on sodium, but using a different taco seasoning and rinsing the canned beans before using would help a little. Some people enjoy this soup without the ranch dressing mix also.

Hot Chicken Salad Pie

I made my own cream of mushroom soup (Make Your Own "Cream Of" Soup on Sparkrecipes) for this recipe. It adds 11.4 calories, 0.3g fat and cholesterol, 22mg. sodium,24.4mg potassium, 1.7 carbs, 0.7 sugars and 0.6g protein per serving. I couldn't figure out how to add a recipe to a recipe, so that is why it is not included in the nutritional value.

Make Your Own

To use in place of canned cream soups in casseroles or as a base for
your own soups. It is much lower in fat and salt than the canned versions. The trick is to have it made up ready to use.
*Note* For my bouillon cubes, 1/2 cube = 1 tsp. bouillon granules. 12 tsp. =1/4 cup

Cream of Mushroom Soup (Entire Can)

This is a recipe meant to replace one can of cream of mushroom soup. It does have less sodium than a can, and I suppose with a little tweaking, you could use fresh mushrooms to reduce the sodium to very little. You could also make cream of celery soup by omitting the mushrooms and adding celery.

Best Carrot Cake Ever

Try frosting this cake with sugar free cream cheese frosting also found on this website. Not the lowest in calories, but very good! You could try it with the brown sugar splenda blend too.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Soup

This recipe came from the chicken enchilada recipe I submitted earlier. I didn't need to make that many chicken enchiladas, so I made this up to make a slightly different meal. I used the remaining sauce from the chicken enchilada recipe, then added the remaining chicken and added the chicken broth.
